Job Title: Practice Manager

Location: Greenville, TX 75401

Duration: Direct Hire (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the health center and for the direct supervision and needs of the health center staff. Currently, they have over 20 employees.
• The Practice Manager will oversee non-clinical and clinical staff in conjunction with the Office Manager, who will manage the front end of the building.
• They seek someone with good leadership, relationship, and communication skills, someone who understands empathy, and someone who is heavily customer service-oriented. This is crucial for both employees and patients to succeed in this position.

Qualified Candidates should have:

• 3 years of LVN or RN experience in a medical clinic setting
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
