Job Description

Our client, a Global Investment Manager, is seeking a Reception/Corporate Concierge to join their NYC office! The ideal candidate is highly motivated and professional. This role will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience for internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring the seamless coordination of meetings and events. Previous experience in hospitality or other front-of-house/client-facing roles is highly preferred. Experience in financial services is preferred.

Midtown, NYC

Work Model: onsite 5 days

Hours: 8am-5:30pm, flexibility as needed

Compensation: up to $85k + OT + discretionary bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist with special requests, such as restaurant reservations and travel arrangements for guests, investors, and clients.
• Serve as a point of contact for executive assistants of internal executives during their visits to the New York office.
• Ensure conference rooms are properly set up, including AV, seating, and catering arrangements.
• Oversee food and beverage service for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team and vendors to coordinate catering, supplies, and event logistics.
• Work closely with facilities and administrative teams to manage inventory and supply orders.
• Maintain and coordinate the front-of-house meeting room calendar in partnership with Reception.

Qualifications:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in hospitality or other front-of-house/client-facing roles is strongly preferred, ideally within financial services.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong emphasis on discretion and confidentiality.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours events and requests.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling software for managing front-of-house schedules.
