Salary : $60-80k DOE

One of our nonprofit clients focused on sustainable, generational community change through youth development, education, and mentorship is looking for a Digital Fundraising Specialist to join their team for an exciting full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Design and implement digital fundraising campaigns to achieve specific goals and attract donors
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to align campaigns with organizational objectives.
  • Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure consistent donor engagement.

Content Development and Social Media:

  • Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing Manager to uphold brand standards.
  • Develop engaging content tailored to target audiences across social media, email, and website platforms.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing and fundraising to enhance content strategies.

Analytics and Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing and leverage data analytics to refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Use insights to inform strategies for donor retention and acquisition.

Donor Engagement and Operations:

  • Maintain accurate donor and campaign data in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital platforms with organizational systems.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency with digital platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) and analytics tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising strategies and platforms.
  • Proven success in digital fundraising, including campaign development and donor engagement.
