Copywriter (Sales Enablement)

Location: Hybrid Cupertino (onsite Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Duration : 7 months to start

Pay: Up to $72.46/hour; DOE

Planet Interactive is looking for a Copywriter to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 7 month contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and is hybrid in Cupertino.

The ideal Copy Writer has retail sales experience to develop engaging content for the client's sales app that enables salespeople around the globe to be skilled advocates for its products. You’ll get to work with passionate colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your writing, creativity, and problem-solving skills can shine.

Responsibilities:

• Synthesize content from multiple sources Participate in rapid prototyping and testing
• Write/create exceptional content for the in-house sales app
• Become an expert on the Company's products, audiences, and the tool, and apply that knowledge to the content
• Apply Company standards to write content with a conversational, intelligent, and elegant style that reflects the Brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members in instructional design, editorial, UX/UI design, business leaders, and regional stakeholders

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or English
• A master’s degree in writing or a related discipline would be a plus
• 3+ years of experience in copy writing
• Strong writing skills
• Experience editing the work of others
• Experience in retail electronic sales (preferred)
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Results oriented, resilient, and thrives on feedback
• High attention to detail
