Title: Personal Assistant to Devon Rodriguez

Location: New York, NY

Position : Full time, 30-40 hours per week

Rate: $27/hr

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented long-term Personal Assistant to support artist Devon Rodriguez. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and the ability to manage both personal and professional tasks efficiently. As Devon’s right-hand, you will help streamline daily operations, coordinate schedules, and support creative projects. Opportunity to grow!

Availability:

• Must be available to work on Sundays, as well as adjust to a flexible schedule based on weekly needs.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate shoot days by preparing and organizing all necessary materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless filming operations.
• Provide calendar support by tracking Devon’s schedule, sending reminders for meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
• Liaise with Devon’s agents, serving as the primary point of contact for collaborations, media inquiries, and business-related communications.
• Oversee studio organization, maintain inventory, and manage daily operational needs to ensure an efficient workspace.
• Handle personal errands, optimizing efficiency across both professional and personal responsibilities.
• Manage content uploads across YouTube and Snapchat, ensuring consistency and timely publication

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, proactive, and capable of working independently
