We are a boutique recruitment firm focused on the luxury design market. Our company is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to support, develop, and manage our established recruitment team.
The recruitment manager will work closely with our team to optimize their daily process and ensure they achieve their quantifiable goals. We are looking for a positive leader who can identify unique strengths and opportunities for growth in each team member. We have worked hard to create a positive, supportive, goal-driven environment. One that is based on our positive core values. We believe the company goals can only be achieved in unison, and our team is eager to have an experienced manager help them accomplish this. The right person for this role has extensive experience in full-service recruitment within a luxury or creative market. We seek at least five years of team management experience with a proven track record of revenue growth and employee retention. Our clients are leaders and innovators in the Architecture and Design industry across the United States and globally. This requires a comprehensive understanding of client experience and the value of building meaningful long-term relationships.
This position will work closely with the leadership team to establish and execute the goals of each recruitment team member. It will also liaise with our Business Development, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure effective workflow and pipeline. The recruitment manager will balance the team’s project load and meet client deadlines.
