A staple of the Providence architecture scene is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Architect or Architectural Project Manager to join their cohesive and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of industry experience and possess comprehensive expertise in taking projects from schematic design through construction administration. This individual must be adept at managing project budgets, staffing, and timelines, and possess fluency in Revit software. For additional details, please see below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from initial concept through to construction administration.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with expectations.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise project staffing, ensuring the right resources are allocated to each phase.
• Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and project updates.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations and codes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential; additional experience with other design software is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
