Responsibilities:
· Manage coordination of appointments and calendar arrangements for the Principal.
· Collaborate with Household Managers at multiple properties, with willingness to travel domestically as needed.
· Handle complex travel arrangements for the Principal and family members.
· Serve as a contact for meeting requests and inquiries from different Boards and philanthropic initiatives they are involved with.
· Responsible for small and large tasks and special projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
· 7+ years of high-level personal and executive support is required.
· Must be proactive and professional with strong verbal and written communications.
· Comfortable working with household managers and staff.
· Willing to travel to Charlottesville, VA, New York, and Florida, as needed.
Additional Details:
· $100K-$120K, depending on experience.
· Role operates mainly in a remote capacity, but is required to be based within DC, Virginia, or Maryland due to monthly requirements of time at the Principal's main residence.
