Position Overview
We are excited to welcome a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge CRM solutions that streamline business operations and foster growth.

You will work collaboratively with various teams to design, analyze, build, and test CRM functionalities. Beyond development, you’ll also address system-related challenges, ensuring business goals are consistently met.

Core Responsibilities

CRM Solution Development

• Build, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions while ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
• Create and manage workflows, dashboards, forms, and views, alongside developing both custom and standard reports.
• Develop web-based applications, APIs, console tools, and Windows services to support CRM functionality.
• Guarantee that all technical deliverables align with business needs and maintain high-quality standards.

Project Coordination and Documentation

• Contribute to technical solution planning and project discussions.
• Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including source code details, technical designs, and testing outcomes.
• Support key project phases such as System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by resolving issues efficiently.

Enhancing Business Processes

• Identify business challenges and recommend creative CRM solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Stay informed on emerging tools, technologies, and best practices to continually improve solutions.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Customer Service applications.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI development.
• Strong programming skills in ASP.NET C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and related web technologies.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the shipping industry or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM frameworks.
