Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with leading attorneys in the management of complex family law cases.
* Gain hands-on experience in drafting a wide range of legal documents, from letters to pleadings, declarations, and briefs.
* Engage in discovery processes, crafting meet and confer letters and compelling motions.
* Establish meaningful connections with clients, opposing counsel, and the court through efficient communication.
* Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits, shaping the path to success in evidentiary hearings and trials.

Qualifications:

* Active membership in the Illinois state bar, in good standing.
* 2+years of family law experience
* Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex legal concepts, coupled with strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
* Unwavering attention to detail and exceptional proofreading abilities.
* A proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
