Job title: Marketing Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies to drive brand visibility, including thought leadership articles, social media content, email marketing, video scripts, and digital assets aligned with strategic goals.
  • Create and manage dynamic sales toolkits and materials that empower sales teams, enhance engagement, and support business growth.
  • Lead end-to-end project coordination for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Implement targeted social media, SEO, and CRM strategies to enhance Delta’s online presence, leveraging data insights and AI tools to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Oversee trade shows, showroom tours, and internal communication initiatives to showcase Delta’s offerings, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and alignment across platforms.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in content marketing, project management, or a related role, with a proven track record of supporting business goals.
  • Expertise in content strategy, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM), and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Agency experienced required- Either working for or working with an agency.
  • Experience executing trade shows and showroom tours.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, sales enablement platforms, and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or strategic communications.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software is advantageous.
