What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians accordingly
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
• Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships

Schedule:

• Call center hours: Monday – Sunday, 7 AM – 7 PM
• Flexible shifts available within these hours

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, customer-first attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software (training provided)
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!
