**Job Description:

As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative, you'll join our team in connecting with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. Your role is pivotal in building lasting client relationships and driving your success.

**Requirements:

• Insurance Sales Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales is essential. An understanding of the insurance industry and products is beneficial. Current life and health licenses are a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, work alongside and motivate a team of agents. Experience in mentoring or coaching is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools. Familiarity with automation and AI-driven tools is beneficial.
• Licensing: Licensed in multiple states with the ability and desire to expand.
• Customer Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
