  • Handle Inbound Sales: Respond to calls and emails from potential customers, providing clear explanations of the warehousing, logistics, and 3PL services. Use your technical knowledge to describe how systems work and how they solve specific logistical challenges.
  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make 30+ cold calls daily to identify and qualify new leads. Use your technical understanding of logistics and warehousing to explain our solutions and engage potential customers with relevant use cases.
  • Assess Customer Needs: Evaluate customer logistics and storage requirements by asking technical questions to determine the best service offerings. Provide initial consultations and direct leads to the appropriate teams for further technical support.
  • Present Technical Solutions: Communicate how our services, such as warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics, integrate into a customer’s existing operations. Highlight the technical capabilities of our services and how they solve specific logistical or operational challenges.
  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Manage the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and moving them through the sales process. Use technical details to overcome objections and answer complex questions, ensuring prospects understand the benefits and functionalities of our services.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to provide detailed technical information on customer needs. Ensure smooth transitions between sales stages and that technical requirements are fully understood by all parties.
  • Research & Prospecting: Leverage industry-specific knowledge and technical tools to identify potential leads and understand their specific logistics requirements. Focus on prospects in industries like wholesale, food, and retail that need sophisticated logistics solutions.
  • Prepare Quotes & Proposals: Develop accurate, detailed proposals based on customer requirements, including pricing for 3PL, warehousing, and fulfillment services. Ensure technical specifications are correctly included and that customers receive clear, actionable quotes.
  • Post-Sale Support: After securing a sale, assist the operations team in onboarding new customers, ensuring all technical details are communicated clearly. Stay involved during the initial stages to ensure the solution works as expected.
  • Feedback & Strategy Enhancement: Share insights based on customer interactions to improve the sales approach, including technical product details, to streamline lead generation and conversion strategies.

Knowledge, skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of generating new business across diverse industries, including wholesale, food, hospitality, retail, and logistics.
  • Prior experience with pricing for 3PL, warehousing, and fulfillment services is a plus.
  • Ability to manage the entire lead generation and qualification process with a resourceful and creative approach.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, lead nurturing, and moving prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and contact discovery tools to effectively build and maintain a robust sales database.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms for prospect engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly detail-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable presenting and pitching XoLogistic services to senior-level contacts.
  • Must have pricing knowledge for all 3PL, warehousing and fulfillment services
