Overview:

We are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager with experience leading and managing technology-driven projects. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Allocate resources, manage budgets, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and changes to maintain progress and quality.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
• Manage all project phases, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation.
• Facilitate meetings, document progress, and maintain up-to-date project records.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing technical projects ,
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in remote and hybrid environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Certifications preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
