System Administrator, Lev 1- Multiple Openings

Location : Annapolis Junction, Maryland

Clearance : Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.

Certifications : At least one DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 (or higher)

AEITS, Inc. is looking to grow its team! We seek a System Administrator to support our customer in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The fully cleared individual will be on the Accounts Management team. The intermediate level system administrator will resolve technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers. They will alert management to recurring problems and patterns. They will perform administrative duties such as creating, deleting and modifying customer accounts as well as maintain and update records and tracking databases.

This is a Shift position, Monday -Friday 12PM -8PM EST

Mission: As a System Administrator on this government program, you will be giving technical support to the Agency and people who keep our country safe.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
• Systems Administration Experience

Desired Requirements

• Extensive Customer Service Support
• Linux and/ or UNIX experience
• SupportIT Software
• Helpdesk support

Education and Required Qualification

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience OR HS Diploma or GED and 10 years of related experience

Responsibilities:

• Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
• Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts and other administrative support
• Maintains and updates records and tracking databases on-site
• Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns in a timely manner

Travel:

Less than 10% travel may occur.
