Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Executive Sushi Chef or a Senior Sushi Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring a team.
• Expertise in traditional and contemporary sushi techniques with an eye for detail and presentation.
• A commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for culinary innovation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and precision.
