Do you have the skills to lead the software development team? Job duties include:

• Guide, coach and mentor the development team members
• Lead SCRUM development process with product management
• Supervise architecture of product and lead efforts to develop technical roadmap
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES5 and ES6/ES2015)
• HTML5, CSS3 experience
• Backbone and handlebars and ReactJS a plus
• HLTML5 Canvas, DICOM knowledge a plus
• Be involved in strategic plans to accomplish technical and business goals for company
• Communicate well with management
• Manage and execute software development projects from start to finish
• Participate in product development as time allows

Skills the ideal candidate possess include:

• Experience as a Software Development Manager
• Experience writing clean code
• Demonstrated success in writing code and managing a team
• 5+ years of experience as a software developer
• 3+ years managing a development team utilizing SCRUM methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with SCRUM methodology
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Some things we will look for in an applicant:

Equivalent to completion of 4-years of college-level coursework in a related field and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above. Clinical certification and/or medical device experience a plus.
