Job Title: Sales Lead – Commercial Ice Cream Machines (Full-Time)

Location: Slices Concession Main Office - Gainesville, FL

About Us: We are a rapidly growing business specializing in refurbishing and selling high-quality commercial ice cream and frozen beverage machines. Our team is passionate about providing cost-effective, reliable, and high-performing equipment to businesses nationwide. We are now seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to drive revenue, expand our customer base, and help shape our sales strategy as we continue to grow.

Job Summary: As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and leveraging technology to streamline and automate workflows. You will play a key role in scaling our sales operations, and ideally, bring experience in building and leading a sales team—including remote contractors. This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated sales professional eager to take ownership of their role and contribute to our company’s long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales automation tools to manage leads, track interactions, and optimize the sales process.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, lead generation efforts, and customer engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve pricing, product offerings, and customer experience.
  • Optionally, recruit, train, and lead a small team of sales representatives or remote contractors.

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building and leading a sales team is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and industry trends.

Compensation:

  • Annual Base Salary of $30,000
  • Uncapped commission on all sales
  • Quarterly and Annual Performance Bonus Opportunities
  • Expected Total Annual Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000+
