Role Profile:

The RMA Receiving Coordinator is responsible for receiving, handling, and managing customer returns (RMAs), as well as providing material handling using SAP ERP. This role ensures the accurate and efficient routing of returned materials for repair, supports inventory accuracy, service stock management, and collaborates with the supply chain to drive demand for service spare parts.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

o Use SAP ERP to receive customer returns (RMAs) and promptly route them for repair with accuracy.

o Load incoming RMAs into Scheduling tool (Velsoity)

• Inventory Management:

o Maintain service inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts of Kontron Service-owned materials.

o Process scrap transactions for service parts.

o Generate weekly inventory analysis reports to order and maintain appropriate levels of service replacement stock.

o Collaborate with the supply chain team to drive demand for service spare parts and ensure adequate inventory levels.

• Order Processing:

o Handle spare parts order transactions and ensure timely fulfillment.

• SAP ERP Expertise:

o Participate in SAP Super User training sessions to assist with Customer Service transactional issues, including first-level debugging. • Shipping Support:

o Create domestic deliveries for Customer Service as needed or assist the Shipping Department when required.

Qualifications:

Associate degree (A.A.) in Business or equivalent related work experience.

• 3+ years of experience in material handling, particularly with computer boards/parts.

• Previous experience with SAP material transactions preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

•Proficient in using SAP ERP for material handling and transactional support.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external customers.

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug transactional issues in SAP.

• Ability to work collaboratively with supply chain team to optimize spare parts demand and availability.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams for inventory and logistics operations.
