Job Title: QA Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a QA Architect to define and implement a scalable, efficient quality assurance framework across the organization. This role focuses on shaping QA strategy, establishing governance models, and identifying automation opportunities—rather than hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will provide thought leadership in test strategy, process optimization, and automation enablement to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the current QA landscape, identifying process gaps, tooling inefficiencies, and governance challenges.
• Develop enterprise-wide QA frameworks, best practices, and governance models.
• Define a long-term test automation strategy, selecting the right tools and frameworks for scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to align QA processes with business objectives.
• Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Recommend automation strategies that integrate seamlessly with CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
• Lead the creation of a QA Center of Excellence (CoE) to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to QA leaders and teams, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with expertise in QA architecture and process design.
• Proven ability to define QA frameworks, governance models, and automation strategies at scale.
• Strong knowledge of test lifecycle management, risk-based testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in evaluating and recommending test automation tools and strategies (without direct implementation).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based testing approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and drive QA transformation across teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on enterprise-wide quality strategy.
