We offering a qualified PR professional with a proven track record of at least 3-5 years the opportunity to grow and advance with us from the beginning in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive media engagement strategies, including national/consumer press along with local/regional and trade media, reinforcing Leaf Home’s brand through storytelling.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals
• Develop and solidify best practices for media outreach, follow-through and follow up.
• Arrange interviews and press engagements to promote our company and its products/services
• Manage sensitive issues to maintain company’s good reputation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company’s spokesperson
• Research, prioritize, and assist strategic publicity opportunities
• Bring new and innovating ideas on brand development and advertising on social media platforms
• Assist with events and project launches for company beauty brands
• Deliver information to editors, bloggers, and other media professionals in a compelling and memorable way to get the maximum coverage for each brand

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years working in public relations and a minimum of 2 Years in the Beauty industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multi task
• The ability to prioritize
• Flexibility as tasks and priorities shift
• Understands influencer outreach and gifting
• Organized
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Knows how to work well in a team setting and individually
• Capable of meeting deadlines
• Positive phone etiquette
• Understand how to monitor media and clip press
• Proven ability to form relationship with writers and editors

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $138,000.00 - $163,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Application Question(s):

• You should have at least 10 years of experience in the direct selling industry with a proven track record of success and building large organization with more then 10.000 consultants.
