SUMMARY
The Porter Co. seeks a Project Manager to be responsible for the overall management direction to single or multiple projects at any given time. This individual will follow the established project procedures and policies, and maintain liaison with prime client contracts. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for completing each project from inception through close-out, operating as the primary company representative accountable for completion on time, within budget, and to the utmost satisfaction of the customer.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management/document control software. Familiarity with construction/financial software packages.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of customer, employees, unions, government agencies, vendors and suppliers, and other contractor organizations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to commute to field locations. The employee must have the ability to navigate around job site locations. There may also be the need to temporarily office at a jobsite location for a short or long period of time.
