Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Producer to join our growing production team here at HAUS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects that span video and clip production, sound design, digital, creative design, and more. In this role, you’ll oversee the production process from start to finish, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects stay on track.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented—someone who always has a clear view of the project’s status. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with major entertainment clients, blending strategic thinking with hands-on project management. Your ability to build strong client relationships, optimize workflows, and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency will be essential to your success. Teamwork is key and you should be able to balance working independently with also working as a team with a Senior Producer. 

This is a freelance position with potential for growth into a full-time, permanent role based on performance and project scope.

Responsibilities:

• Representing and protecting project requirements throughout the production lifecycle
• Managing timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Creating detailed project documentation and status reports
• Identifying scope creep and addressing potential issues
• QCing projects to ensure alignment with client requests and specifications
• Translating client feedback into actionable tasks for the team
• Managing resources effectively to meet deadlines
• Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients
• Keeping all projects on track and ensuring accountability to clients, team, and overall project goals

Requirements

• 2-3 years working on a diverse set of projects
• Excellent at building relationships and creating a strong positive team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a willingness to jump in
• Comfortable with a fast pace and constant change
• Quick thinker
• Can easily make your way around Google sheets and docs.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  Nice to haves
• Experience working with Key art and Entertainment clients
• AV and Sound design knowledge
