Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) 🎯

As our Procurement Powerhouse (aka Sourcing Guru, Supply Chain Ninja, or Materials Maverick), you’ll be responsible for sourcing the best materials, equipment, and supplies to keep operations running smoothly. From negotiating contracts to tracking shipments, your work will directly impact the success of our manufacturing and production teams.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Why You’ll Love It) 🏗️

✅ Sourcing & Purchasing Like a Pro

• Issue purchase orders and intercompany orders to keep materials flowing.
• Identify the best suppliers, negotiate costs, and evaluate quality to keep operations efficient.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery timelines, and problem-solve supply chain hiccups before they happen.

✅ Building Strong Supplier Relationships

• Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure everyone gets what they need, when they need it.
• Analyze supplier performance and optimize our vendor network.

✅ Optimizing Inventory & Logistics

• Maintain critical procurement data in ERP/MRP systems (yes, we love efficiency!).
• Manage logistics to ensure smooth movement of materials between suppliers and facilities.
• Expedite orders when needed—because delays are not in your vocabulary.

What You Need to Succeed

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management (textile/apparel industry a plus!).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills – you’re always looking for better solutions.
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems (or willingness to become an expert).
