As the Plant Manager, you will be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of steering plant operations to sustain and enhance the company's success. Focus:

• Oversee and optimize plant operations to uphold the highest standards of product quality and meet production goals.
• Implement and champion continuous improvement methodologies, with formal training in at least one discipline, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Leverage your proven leadership skills to drive the team towards high-performance results in industrial manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

• Demonstrate expertise in foam molding or shaping operations, with a preference for candidates with hands-on experience.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, manufacturing, or business administration.
• Formal training in at least one continuous improvement discipline, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within industrial manufacturing operations, showcasing a proven track record for delivering high-performance results.
• Preferred hands-on experience with foam molding or shaping operations.
