Job Description

The Order Fulfillment Specialist organizes and handles a variety of order, planning and logistics issues within a manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders after entry to completion

• Arrange for and execute on domestic and international shipping of sales orders

• Ensure accurate and complete export compliance documentation

• Enter purchase orders into ERP system

• Proof all orders for accuracy and release

• Assist in the planning and purchasing of products, including expediting and pushing of purchase orders with vendors

• Resolve sales order issues and discrepancies

• Engage in customer and vendor contact

Required Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong experience with shipping both domestic and international

• Proficiency with e-mail, data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience in operations or manufacturing environment

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records

• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining high quality

• Ability to work autonomously and proactively seek resolutions to open items

Salary Range:

$58,700.00-$78,300.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
