Summary:

Ladris Technologies Inc., a leader in AI-driven climate risk solutions, is seeking a highly skilled .NET / C# Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in writing highly efficient production-level code and deep knowledge of the .NET framework. This role is critical to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Development

• Write highly efficient and maintainable production-level code in .NET / C#.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Framework Expertise

• Leverage deep knowledge of the .NET framework to design and implement robust software solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the .NET ecosystem and integrate them into the development process where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to .NET applications.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software products.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical direction of the company.
• Work with the middleware development team on the product modules integration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

Qualifications:

Professional

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET and C#.
• Proven track record of writing highly efficient production-level code.
• Deep knowledge of the .NET framework and its ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.

Skills

• Proficient in .NET and C# programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000
