We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Analyst to join our Transportation Investment Banking team. As a Junior Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting senior team members in executing transactions and conducting industry research within the transportation sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in investment banking while specializing in the dynamic field of transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions capital raising and other financial advisory services for transportation sector clients.
• Conduct financial analysis including building and maintaining complex financial models performing valuation analyses and preparing presentations and pitch materials.
• Conduct industry research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks in the transportation sector.
• Support due diligence efforts by gathering and analyzing relevant data and assisting in the preparation of transactionrelated documentation.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including legal accounting and external advisors to facilitate deal execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
• Previous internship or work experience in investment banking finance or a related field is preferred but not required.
