About the Role:

As an Insurance Entrepreneur , you'll embark on an exciting journey to build your successful life insurance agency within our supportive network. You'll recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of agents, drive team success, and contribute to our positive company culture. You'll also play a key role in client engagement, providing guidance and support while ensuring client satisfaction. We'll provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed as an entrepreneur and a successful leader in the life insurance industry. This role is ideal for recent graduates, aspiring entrepreneurs, and individuals who may not have prior sales experience but have strong leadership qualities and a desire to learn and grow within the sales and insurance industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of life insurance agents.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales goals for your team.
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture that empowers agents to succeed.
• Uphold Ethical Standards: Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Educate clients on life insurance options and provide tailored solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Efficiently manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and execute business plans to grow your agency and achieve your financial goals.
