Job Title: IT Support Specialist/ Help Desk Support- Entry-Level

Position: IT Client Support – Entry Level

Location: On-site | Downtown Austin, TX

Shifts: Night Shift (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM) | Possible Day Shift (5:45 AM – 6:15 PM) | Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software
• Answer customer calls, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues
• Assist with help desk, desktop support, and data center operations
• Monitor, report, and escalate issues as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment (lifting up to 40 lbs.)
• Work independently and in a team setting to meet customer needs

Qualification

• 1+ year of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer serviceStrong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing work demands
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is a plus
• Knowledge of security requirements and reporting procedures preferred

Duration: March 2025 – August 2025 (with possible extensions)
