Position: Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Hazle Township, PA

Duration: Contract Assignment - (3-6 Months)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $23.00hr - $27.00hr DOE

Accurate Personnel is currently seeking a HR Recruitment Coordinator for our manufacturing client in the Hazle Township, PA., area. This is a fast paced industrial operation that is seeking someone on a contract basis to help with the expansion of the plant and HR department. We are looking for someone that has prior experience within the HR AND Recruitment process and procedures within a manufacturing corporate environment. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct facility tours for new hires and candidates.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Oversee and complete orientation for new employees.
• Process documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Perform administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and tracking.
• Maintain organized tracking systems for recruitment activities.
• Collaborate effectively with employees, co-workers, and supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Recruitment experience required.
• Proficiency in iCIMs and Workday systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in unionized environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Dependable with consistent attendance; must report on time and work the entire shift.
