Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager
Location: Draper, Utah

Overview:
This role involves managing highway, roadway, bridge construction, street widening, drainage systems, and excavation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases, from planning to completion.
• Manage project budgets, financials, and contracts, ensuring profitability.
• Maintain communication with contractors and sub-contractors.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, invoicing, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and provide leadership to the project team.
• Build relationships to support project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in heavy civil projects ($5M-$30M), including concrete, roads, and bridges.
• 2+ years managing project engineers.
• Extensive experience with blueprints, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $120,000-$130,000
