Your next strategic career move awaits: Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Search Consultant/Physician Recruiter to partner with clients to identify and secure the best provider candidates for their positions. In this dynamic, highly interactive recruiting and sales role, you will collaborate closely with clients utilizing our cutting-edge resources. As a Search Consultant, you will have the opportunity to travel for onsite meetings, building strong relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of client needs. We’re seeking a high-energy, competitive, and driven individual who is eager to elevate their recruiting career and thrive in a results-oriented environment.

Essential Duties:

• Partner consultatively with clients to conduct searches and fill physician staffing needs
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding search activity
• Achieve productivity goals and metrics
• Call physicians to proactively source viable candidates
• Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up
• Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity
• Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates
• Use creativity to create effective job advertisements for open opportunities
• Travel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles, 10-15% a year

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of recruitment experience required; physician recruitment or healthcare recruitment experience preferred
• Staffing industry experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills required
• Professionalism and confidence to effectively communicate with medical professionals and hospital executives required
• Computer, organizational, and client/customer service skills required
• Salesforce/CRM experience preferred
• Stable employment history with verifiable references required
