Job Description

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Digital Market Technology Intern  located at the Global Corporate Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland . This is a 10-week internship (June 2 - August 8, 2024) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

The Graphic Design Intern will join our in-house Digital Design Team to create engaging, on brand creative that is used in various digital channels that aligns to brand and marketing objectives. This role will work closely with Designers, Copywriters, Content Producers and Marketing Managers, to produce best in class creative for the digital landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and create digital assets for product content, eCommerce, and the digital shelf.
• Collaborate with other members of the digital and brand teams on content development and participate in creative review meetings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate rising junior or senior at an accredited college or university majoring in Graphic Design or Art.
• 0-2 year’s experience in graphic design

• Detail-oriented, deadline driven.
• Flexible and positive mindset – internal deadlines move based on business priorities.
• Team player – willingness to collaborate with designers & copywriters daily.
• Open to receiving and actioning on creative feedback.
• Possess strong Communication skills.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Microsoft Suite

Based Hourly Range: $20/hr. - $22/hr

Base hourly compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
