A busy professional UHNW couple are looking for a high-level Personal Assistant to help their existing Family Office team and provide boots on the ground support in their home in Seattle . The role will require knowledge and/or transferrable skills with general administration , calendaring , optimizing schedules (in particular with regards to the children) travel organization, research projects, property and project management , and overall building of structure and processes . The principals’ main focus is to ensure their life is streamlined , allowing them as much time as possible to enjoy their family.
Background:
The couple are in the process of purchasing/ sourcing a new property in Seattle; assistance with this will be one of the first projects in this role. The needs of the family are growing, and the team will evolve accordingly, they hope to add a house manager, and household staff once the property is established.
This role will be part of the wider Family Office team (based on the East Coast), the role provides a supportive environment and would like candidates who understand, appreciate, and reflect that ethos.
Particulars :
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Reporting to: Lead PA in the Family Office
Location: Seattle, WA
Travel: Approx 20% of the year (ideal but not required)
Hours: Monday – Friday, typically a 45-hr week, but flexibility outside of hours as needed (principals are very reasonable and respectful)
Salary: From $120,000 – high mid $100,000s dependent on experience

The Staff: Family Office, on site additional staff to come once property is acquired.
