Pepperoni's in Humble / Atascocita, TX is looking for one front crew team member to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

The ideal candidate will take orders and enter them into our system through the phone and walk-ins. Front crew team members conduct basic food prep including salad prep, and boxing orders.

We are seeking a qualified and responsible cashier to efficiently and accurately handle all customer transactions, while also maintaining the cleanliness of the customer area.

The ideal candidate will interact with customers in a friendly manner and help when needed. Excellent communication skills are essential to help us provide an outstanding customer experience. Working with a sense of urgency to meet order promise times is also important.

The candidate must be able to follow instructions and be a reliable team player. Previous experience is a plus, and strong math and multitasking skills are required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Food Handler Certification (obtain prior to start date)
• Experience with a POS (point of sale) system and cash registers
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent math skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to effectively resolve complaints

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer, whether on the phone or walk-in
• Thank all customers upon completing their transactions
• Manage transactions using a cash register
• Ensure pricing is accurate
• Follow company policy when taking and handing out orders, and when applying coupons and discounts
• Balance the cash register
• Provide accurate change and receipts
• Resolve or escalate customer complaints
• Box pizzas and bag or wrap customer orders for safe transport
• Maintain the cleanliness of the customer area in the front of the house (FOH)
• Assist with cleaning and dishwashing in the back of the house (BOH)
• Assist with any other back-of-the-house help that is needed
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate
