Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Door-To-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for sales. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing information about turf cleaning services, and offering solutions to improve the health and appearance of their lawns.

Responsibilities

• Canvassing neighborhoods door-to-door to offer professional turf cleaning services to residential homeowners
• Educate homeowners about the benefits of regular turf maintenance, including stain removal, odor control, and lawn health improvements
• Build rapport with customers, answer their questions, and provide recommendations tailored to their needs
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize marketing efforts and share insights from the field.
• Utilize software tools, including RepCard, for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent messaging
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to assist in business development efforts.

Skills

• Proven experience in a retail sales, wholesale department stores, fast food, or any high-volume customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively.
• Ability to market products creatively and adapt strategies based on customer feedback.
• Experience with business development initiatives that drive sales growth is a plus.
