Cann is looking for a highly analytical, independent director to drive growth across its business. This role will span both online and in-store sales channels and will require leveraging data beyond insights to drive investments across the customer acquisition funnel and lifecycle. Cann’s new Director of Growth will have a unique opportunity to span the whole business while delivering measurable results at scale. This role will report directly to the CEO. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Approach growth with a sense of urgency and an experimental mentality 
  • Deploy ad spend in a strategic and highly leveraged way based on a data-driven, test and iterate approach
  • Lead the Company’s internal customer acquisition efforts both online and in-store
  • Own the Company’s rigorous data and analysis function, including hypothesis testing, marketing ROIs, and post-mortem assessments
  • Communicate results internally in a clear, organized, and analytical way

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, eCommerce or a similar, highly analytical field 
  • Data driven and highly analytical
  • Independent self-starter and creative
  • Technically fluent across eCommerce tech stack, paid media, retention, omni-channel marketing
  • Very comfortable working with large databases, scenario modeling and analysis
