Our growing catering company is seeking a Sales Executive with at least 5 years of experience in the catering or hospitality industry to join our team and help us bring our exceptional services to more clients. We’re looking for a talented B2B sales professional who will focus on new business development by selling events and catering to Metro Atlanta businesses.

What We’re Looking For
· Proven sales experience in the catering or hospitality sector.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Atlanta metro area through networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
· Self-motivated, goal oriented and eager to exceed sales targets.
· Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Build and maintain a consistent sales funnel and pipeline.
· Meet with clients to discuss event needs, preferences, and budget.
· Develop event concepts, themes, and menus.
· Explain and demonstrate the features and values of our business to prospects.
· Conduct sales presentations to understand client needs and showcase services.
· Prepare and present customized proposals, quotes, and contracts.
· Coordinate and attend tastings and walk-throughs.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
· Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
· Participate in meetings to share insights and collaborate.
· Communicate well: write professional and efficient emails to co-workers, clients, vendors; effectively present information one-on-one and in small groups; have a strong command of the English language, in both written and verbal form.
· At least 5 years’ sales experience, catering and event sales is a plus.
· Understand trends in food, design, décor.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft-based computer software (Word, Excel, Google Docs).
· Strong prospecting, selling and closing skills; proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales quotas.
· Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
· Deadline and detail oriented.
· Bachelor’s Degree required for full time position.
