As Corporate Counsel – Technology & Information Security, the successful candidate in this role will provide broad-ranging legal counsel, support, and representation to the technology and information security teams at the Company. This role supports the Company’s global technology functions, including corporate and hotel technology systems as well as information security. The full team supports all of technology, IP, marketing, commercial and sales and is organized within the company’s global business reputation and responsibility function.
This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
This position will require Coordination with other legal teams as well as procurement, finance, compliance and privacy functions are regularly required. The role includes a heavy emphasis on complex transactions with vendors to deploy state-of-the-art technology services at IHG-branded hotels globally as well as business partnering and governance issues relating to cyber security, artificial intelligence, payment systems, and system access protocols.

The salary range for this role is $139,000 to $180,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. In addition, we offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and any other benefits to eligible employees.
