  • Drive initiatives that optimize operational efficiencies, ensuring improved cost structures, resource utilization, and long-term scalability.
  • Design and implement performance metrics and operating rhythm that support transparency, accountability, and measurable progress on strategic goals.

  • Champion key operational improvement projects across business functions and systems with a focus on margin enhancement and overall operational sustainability.
  • Lead initiatives in organization-wide initiatives to drive cost savings and profitability across the organization.
  • Monitor critical KPIs, analyze trends, and support the team in systematically developing strategies and initiatives to optimize outcomes.

Leadership and Team Enablement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive team, and board, synthesizing data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Further cultivate a results-driven, collaborative culture by developing, mentoring and empowering high-performing teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution across all business units.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to the board, investors, and other key stakeholders, highlighting progress on strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and the successful execution of complex initiatives.
  • Serve as a key voice in strategic conversations, offering original insights and innovative solutions that drive business results.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, transformation, or management consulting roles, ideally within private equity-backed or growth-oriented companies.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation efforts, managing and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and ultimately generate enterprise value.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in financial analysis, KPI implementation, and strategic planning.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • High energy and a collaborative leadership style, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
