Summary
We are recruiting a dynamic Business Development Manager specializing in full truckload services with a focus on project freight and drayage solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and existing relationships to drive sales and expand our client base, particularly in port cities. This role requires a strong commitment to collaboration, fostering a positive company culture while maintaining resilience and competitiveness in a high-performance environment.
The Business Development Manager will engage in prospecting activities, develop account relationships, and partner with internal operations teams to create tailored solutions for customers. We seek an individual with 5-10 years of freight sales experience and a proven track record of success, complemented by strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships.
