Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Administration Manager to support our engineering team by driving operational efficiency across hiring, onboarding, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Headcount Management

• Track hiring targets, headcount, and team allocations.
• Provide support for the FTE hiring process, including job postings and interview follow-ups.
• Manage SOW renewals and vendor contract extensions/terminations for TVCs.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics in collaboration with XWS, Engineering Managers, and TPMs.

Onboarding Coordination

• Develop and maintain an end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.
• Track start dates and coordinate onboarding logistics, including technical setup and access provisioning.

Organizational Support & Culture Initiatives

• Plan and manage team events, training, and engagement activities, ensuring alignment with budget constraints.
• Facilitate effective communication through newsletters, status updates, and meeting management.
• Support biweekly engineering meetings, including notetaking and action item tracking.

Mandatory:

• 3–5 years of experience in Program Management .

Preferred:

• Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about building efficient processes that support engineering teams.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.12 to $58.11/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
