Position Overview
Erie Audiology seeks a motivated and decisive Audiologist to join their collaborative team. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the patient journey, providing exceptional care and fostering positive relationships in a high patient-flow environment.
This position is well-suited for an individual seeking professional growth in a supportive and autonomous setting.
Responsibilities
  • Delivering outstanding care and guidance throughout the patient journey.
  • Administering and interpreting audiological tests, creating treatment plans, and recommending tailored hearing aid solutions.
  • Performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for hearing aids and other communication devices.
  • Managing hearing aid sales, including accessories and exclusive products, while upholding ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology.
  • Eligible for or holding a Pennsylvania Audiology license.
  • Confidence in decision-making, ability to work independently, and strong collaborative skills.
